This set of 5 porcelain side plates displays a wide variety of surfaces a wood fired soda kiln produces. All went in the kiln looking the same but when they emerge you can see each experienced something unique. Some covered with melted ash and soda glaze others just blushed. Each plate is approx 20cm wide
